BPFCU BOD Nominations

BP Federal Credit Union’s 89th Annual Meeting will be Wednesday, February 18th, 2026. Look for further information regarding the location and time in future communications.  There are three positions available on the Board of Directors, and each is a three-year term. 

The credit union’s nominating committee has selected the following nominees:

Lynn Williams

Lynn started working for Amoco in Denver and joined Amoco’s Denver credit union - White Crown FCU - in the late 1970s.  In 1985, he transferred to Houston with the Field Automation group and joined Amoco Houston FCU, which became BPFCU.  Lynn later worked for Aspen Technology Inc., and he was the person who brought BPFCU to the attention of the AspenTech Group seeking a credit union for the company to provide to its employees.  AspenTech ultimately selected BPFCU as its credit union.  Lynn is currently retired and has served on the Board of Directors since 2002.

Sheree Fournerat

Sheree began her career in payroll in 1980 and received her Certified Payroll Professional designation in 1988. She is a member of the American Payroll Association and the Houston Chapter of the APA. Sheree joined her first credit union in 1980 while working part-time at Foley’s. She has been a member of the credit union movement since that time. In 2001, Sheree became a member of BPFCU and she joined the Board of Directors in 2004

Kimery McKaskle

Kimery McKaskle has been on the credit union board as either a director or advisory director since 1996. She is currently a director fulfilling an unexpired term. She is also a member of the Supervisory Committee.

Kimery is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with an Accounting degree as well as a graduate of the University of St. Thomas with MBA. Kimery has worked in the natural gas transportation and trading field since 1991, she currently works for EOG Resources, Inc. as a senior Marketing Contracts Administrator.

She enjoys spending time with her husband Raymond and his family as well as traveling and is a voracious reader.

If you are interested in “nomination by petition” please provide a statement of qualifications, biographical data, and a petition of nomination signed by 1% of BPFCU members (a minimum of 75 members’ signatures) by January 14, 2026 to BP Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 941749, Houston, TX 77079; Attn: BOD Nominating Committee.

If the number of nominees equals the number of positions to be filled, per the credit union’s bylaws there will be no nominations from the floor and nominees will be elected by acclamation at the Annual Meeting.  If the number of nominees exceeds the number of positions to be filled, the election will be conducted by ballot.
