Purpose: Member vote on permanent/termination of Board of Directors, no other business shall be transacted.
Note: The meeting will be held pursuant to Robert’s Rules of Order.
Discussion will be limited to:
(i) The facts underlying the Supervisory Board’s exercise of the power vested under
12 U.S.C §1761d to suspend by unanimous vote, a director who the Committee Believes has/is acting inappropriately; and
(ii) The response of the suspended director to such facts.
